• Verify that the program or website follows the stated criteria.
• Quality standards and test methods for program design and product assessment must be written, reviewed, revised, and verified.
• Take part in the evaluation of standards, methods, tools, and processes.
• Defects should be monitored, managed, and communicated with developers.
• Prepare and create test strategies and plans.
• Help project leaders resolve quality assurance concerns.
• Collaborate to resolve flaws.
